The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. (Bulfinch), a commercial real estate and investment firm, and Labshares Newton today announced the expansion of the life science and biotech co-working shared lab space at Chapel Bridge Park.

Labshares enters 2025 with strong momentum after expanding its biotech membership, surpassing 80% occupancy, adding $2 million in advanced lab equipment, and strengthening services and strategic partnerships.
