Dave Baxley Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

Dave Baxley has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Dave brings deep operational expertise and a hands-on approach to supporting our members. He manages short- and long-term planning for equipment acquisition, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations. Over nearly seven years with Labshares, Dave has played an instrumental role in guiding the company through each of our expansions in Newton and Watertown, helping to scale our operations while maintaining a high level of service for our members.

Lindsay Julien Joins as Site Director

Labshares is excited to welcome Lindsay Julien as our new Site Director. She brings deep expertise in laboratory operations, facilities management, EH&S, compliance, procurement systems, vendor management, and cross-functional operational support. She will be focused on day-to-day lab operations, making sure the facilities are running smoothly and efficiently, and is already getting up to speed across the labs. Previously, Lindsay served as Associate Director of Facilities at Cellarity, leading facilities and lab operations for a rapidly growing biotech organization.

Jackie Cerami Promoted to Chief of Staff

Jackie Cerami has been promoted to Chief of Staff. Jackie serves an integral role interfacing between our operations team, member support, and finance. She oversees the company’s financial workflows and spearheads member renewals. Over her five years with Labshares, Jackie has been a key driver of our internal operations, helping to streamline processes and support the continued growth of our community.

Amanda Perkowski Joins as Associate, Digital Marketing and Community Engagement

Labshares is also pleased to welcome Amanda Perkowski as Associate, Digital Marketing and Community Engagement. She will be planning member events, lunch and learns, and various other activities that strengthen the member experience. She will also be promoting the Labshares brand and supporting our marketing efforts. Prior to Labshares, Amanda served as Marketing/Office Manager at a Back Bay consulting firm, leading both marketing initiatives and office operations. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Fairfield University.
